Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • Working hours are Monday – Friday 9.30AM EST – 5PM EST excluding public holidays.
  • Standard Parcel Delivery is via courier services Canada Post, USPS, UPS or FedEx.
  • ETA for delivery is 2-7 business days days depending on your location.
  • Typically, all orders are updated with a tracking code once the order is processed and you can track the movement of your order on your own. If for any reason you are unable to find your tracking number, please email us at hello@vizz.co to look into your order tracking status and we will get back to you as soon as possible
  • Order Acceptance & Cancellation: Your order may get canceled in case any item is out of stock. Your order payment will get refunded automatically to the same payment method as selected before. We are not responsible for any additional charges charged by our Payment Processors ‘Stripe’ and/or ‘PayPal’ including but not limited to bank charges, currency conversion charges, etc.
  • The shipping estimate date is provided to you at the time of checkout or on your Performa Invoice/Estimate. Please add delivery time to that.
  • We also provide Free Shipping on certain orders. Please find the information on the checkout page or the Performa Invoice/Order Estimate. For Shipping Locations out of our service coverage areas, orders may not be accepted or may require additional shipping fees depending on the exact delivery postal/zip codes.
  • All Orders are Final Sale, No Exchange/Refund unless you have received an incorrect or damaged item. Strict verifiable proof required to process such returns. The customer can choose to get a 100% refund or credit for use in a future order within a period of 30 days.
  • For orders shipped without tracking (if selected by the customer placing the order online), Vizz.co and it’s ownership is not responsible for delay or loss of the order delivery.
  • We ship items via Expedited (wherever available) or Standard Ground Shipping which does not include Freight Insurance. All Parcels carry a replacement coverage up to a maximum of $100 or the value of the product, whichever is lower. Additional Freight Insurance is billed separately. Please contact us to get a quote before placing an order online.

Return Policy

  • All items sold online or offline are Final Sale. No Exchange/Refunds.
  • The only case for processing a return is if you have received an incorrect or damanged item. Strict verifiable proof would be required to process a return.
  • We will not be responsible for goods sent by you that were lost or damaged in transit.
  • Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the seller).
  • Wholesale Orders, Bulk Purchases and Custom Orders are non-refundable/non-exchangeable unless explicity agreed to in writing with the Wholesale/Reseller Partner entity.
  • Return Policy for Undelivered Goods due to Non-Availability and/or Refusal to Accept: Goods sent to Customers which are undelivered due to the customer not being available at the given shipping address, refusal to accept and/or failure to pickup from the nearest Post Office/Shipping Partner’s Office may get charged a Return to Sender Fee.
  • The customer also agrees to pay an additional Re-Shipping Fee to resend the order to their respective Shipping Address. The Return to Sender Fee and Re-Shipping Fee may vary depending on the customer’s location and our nearest dispatch location.

Refund Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 business day (deemed as 9am to 5pm EST from the date of ordering) and you can get a full refund without any deduction, unless already shipped out.
  • For orders shipped out, once we have received the goods sent by you, our payments team will get in touch with you for your bank details. You will get the refund amount by bank transfer or other available payment mediums after any deductions if applicable within 30 days from the date of the goods being received back by us.

Exchange

We do not offer exchange of goods.
